Getting AI drafts you'd actually publish
Generic prompts produce generic captions. The difference is almost always in what you tell it about the audience.

The complaint about AI captions is that they sound like AI captions. Usually that is a prompt problem rather than a model problem.
Say who it is for
"Write a post about our new export feature" gets you a press release. Naming the reader — and what they were struggling with before — gets you something closer to useful.
Give it a constraint
A length limit, a banned phrase, a required opening. Constraints do more for tone than adjectives like "friendly" ever will.
Edit the first line yourself
It is the line that decides whether anything else gets read, and it is the line a model is least likely to get right for your audience.
