Terms & conditions
The agreement between you and Postreo for using the service.

The agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.
You must confirm your email address before the account becomes usable, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create or upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store your content and publish it to the networks you have connected, at the times you have scheduled.
You are responsible for what you publish, including that you have the rights to any media you upload and that the content complies with the rules of the network it is going to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Postreo to:
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Send spam, or automate engagement in ways a connected network prohibits.
- Attempt to breach the security of the service or another user's account.
- Resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement with us.
Third-party networks
Postreo publishes to networks we do not control. Their APIs change, their rules change, and they can rate-limit or reject a post for reasons we cannot see in advance.
We will make reasonable efforts to publish what you schedule and to tell you when we cannot, but we cannot guarantee delivery to a third-party network.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose. Plan limits — connected accounts, scheduled posts, AI generations — are described at the point of purchase.
You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may take it down for maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless doing so would be unlawful.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Postreo is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
