Core concepts

AI agent

Chat with an assistant that knows your channels and schedule, drafts posts and schedules them once you approve.

Overview

Open AI Assistant in the sidebar. Each conversation is saved; start a fresh one with New chat or delete ones you no longer need.

The agent can look up your channels and what's already scheduled, find free posting slots, write and save drafts, generate images, and schedule or publish posts.

Things to ask

  • “What do I have scheduled this week?”
  • “Plan three posts for next week at good times.”
  • “Write a launch announcement for all my channels and save it as a draft.”
  • “Turn this blog post into a LinkedIn post and an X thread: …”
  • “Make an image for Friday's post about our new menu.”

You approve what goes out

Saving a draft happens straight away. Anything that schedules, queues or publishes shows an approval card first, with Approve & schedule (or Approve & publish) and Reject. The card then shows Approved, Rejected or Failed.

Only editors, admins and owners can chat with the agent and approve posts. Viewers can read the schedule but can't send messages.

Limits

  • Each message counts toward your plan's AI generations for the month; generated images count toward AI images.
  • The agent takes up to 8 steps per reply, then stops and tells you where it got to.
  • Up to 20 requests a minute per person.
  • It's unavailable when the workspace's Allow AI features switch is off.
