Calendar and queue
See every scheduled post across your channels and let each channel's queue pick the timing.
Views and filters
- Calendar (month or week) or List. On phones the calendar shows three days hour by hour.
- Filter by channel, channel group (including ungrouped channels), status (scheduled, published, drafts, failed) and tag.
- Drafts without a date sit in their own panel beside the calendar.
- Times show in your browser's time zone.
Click a day or hour to open the composer at that time. To move a post, open it and choose Reschedule.
The queue
Each channel has weekly posting slots in its own time zone, set in channel settings. Without any, it uses 09:00, 13:00 and 17:00. Next available puts a post in the first free slot within the next 28 days.
Pausing a channel's queue holds its queued posts. Posts set for an exact time aren't affected.
